Otterbein Church is
organized for ministry and mission around three distinct areas -
nurturing, outreach, and witness or N.O.W. teams. In addition,
the administrative and support committees are a part of the N.O.W.
Support Team, where they focus on providing the facilities,
personnel and financial resources for the delivery of ministry to
the downtown Baltimore, and the Otterbein and Federal Hill
communities.
