Thank you for visiting our web site.  It is my privilege and opportunity to introduce you to our church family and to some of the ways we share our lives together.  We are a welcoming and reconciling congregation that seeks to live out our motto of “Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors.”  We are always happy to make new friends and would be delighted to greet you in worship next Sunday at 11:00 am.   Old Otterbein is the longest continuously serving church in the city of Baltimore.  It was constructed in 1785, from ballast taken from the sailing ships that anchored in the harbor.  We have a long and rich history, but the possibilities and challenges that lie ahead excite us even more.  New ideas and shared creativity are always in demand and welcomed.  We invite you to lend yours to our faith community so that Old Otterbein can continue to be a place of hope, witness and service in downtown Baltimore.
