The fees include 1 hour for the rehearsal, 2 1/2 hours for the wedding,
and the use of the Nelker Building for dressing or relaxing before the wedding.

Sanctuary (Rehearsal and Wedding) - $400.00 - Check made out to Old Otterbein United Methodist Church with your wedding party name in the memo line.

Organist's Basic Fee - Please check with the wedding coordinator for an approved list of organists.  The bridal party is required to contact one of these organists and arrange for payment.

Wedding Coordinator - $125.00 - Check made out to the coordinator.

Sexton (Custodial Services) - $100.00 - Check made out to the sexton.

Clergy Fee - $350.00   Check made out directly to the pastor.  (Includes required interview, counseling if desired, rehearsal and wedding.  If guest clergy are used, the full fee still needs to be paid to the church)

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure the church for your wedding date and time.  The balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding.

The Nelker Building is available for small receptions (less than 75 people) for an additional fee of $250.00.  No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the grounds. Fee can be paid by check made out to Old Otterbein UMC, and marked in the memo line "the________ wedding".
